Easy booking - within 30 Mins as promised. Very fast appointment - next day. Excellent communication and arrival within promised time slot. Kostiantyn was polite, knowledgeable, and came back the same day (Thursday) to do the repair even though I had made an appointment for Monday because his schedule was already packed. He upgraded the existing situation to something much better, and it was very well executed. Just above and beyond service. I wouldn’t have believed such courteous and prompt service still existed. I highly recommend Pegasus - they will be my go-to from now on. ~ Linda H
